Coca-Cola Beverages PH is now Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP)

Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. announced that it has changed the company name to Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP) at its Canlubang Plant. The company celebrates this exciting new phase on its journey in the Philippines with all its partners and the communities they serve.

This milestone event was led by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners  Vice President and General Manager for Australia, Pacific and South East Asia, Peter West; Aboitiz Group President and CEO, Sabin Aboitiz; CCEAP President and CEO, Gareth McGeown; and CCEAP Supply Chain Vice President Frank Garcia; with the distinguished presence of Atty. Nalin Alonzo of the Office of the City Mayor of Calamba.

On February 23, 2024, Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV), together with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc (CCEP), completed its acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI) from The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC).
