Cebu Pacific Welcomes First Aircraft Delivery of 2025

Cebu Pacific's newest Airbus A330neo taxis at NAIA upon its arrival from France, marking the airline's first aircraft delivery of 2025.

Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading carrier, has taken delivery of its first aircraft for the year—an A330neo—advancing its efforts to strengthen operations and modernize its fleet.

The 459-seater aircraft arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila on March 28 and is the first of four A330neos slated to join Cebu Pacific’s fleet this year. In total, the airline expects the delivery of seven new aircraft in 2025.

The arrival of our latest A330neo strengthens our operational resilience, allowing us to serve more passengers while continuing to offer affordable and sustainable air travel. We look forward to bringing dream destinations closer to every Juan with this addition to our fleet,” said Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer.

The A330neo gives CEB the flexibility to operate both regional and long-haul routes, as well as high-demand domestic sectors. With its increased range and capacity, the aircraft helps the airline optimize operations while maintaining cost efficiency.

Airbus NEOs (New Engine Option) are the latest-generation aircraft that burn 15% less fuel per flight and generate less noise compared to earlier models. This fuel efficiency contributes directly to lower carbon emissions.

CEB operates one of the youngest fleets in the world. Its diversified aircraft mix—11 Airbus A330s, 39 Airbus A320s, 26 Airbus A321s, and 15 ATR turboprop aircraft—enables the widest domestic network coverage in the Philippines.
