Cebu Landmasters, Inc. Completely Sold Out its Second Horizontal Project in Davao in Just Two Days

The leading developer in VisMin, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), completely sold out Velmiro Heights Davao in just two days, generating P2.7 billion in property sales. This is the listed company's second horizontal project in Davao City.

The 362-unit Velmiro Heights Davao is situated on an 11.52-hectare plot in Barangay Magtuod and boasts breathtaking views, ample spaces, extensive road networks, pedestrian circulation, and security. The property features single-detached and single-attached Zen-inspired houses on lots ranging from 100 to 258 square meters, priced between P5.2 million and P11.15 million.

The gated community has a guardhouse and first-rate amenities such as a clubhouse with a function hall, swimming pool and kiddie pool, basketball court, fitness gym, children's playground, natural green reserves, and an outdoor dining area. 

Velmiro Heights Davao is CLI's seventh residential development under the Velmiro brand and is part of the listed company's Garden Series, catering to mid- and upper-mid-market customers. It is efficiently planned to utilize space. The brand has 2,377 residential units across Visayas and Mindanao.

The publicly traded company has residential, hotel, mixed-use, and township developments in Davao. The first 694-unit Mesatierra Garden Residences are already built. This was followed by the completion of site development at the 23-hectare Davao Global Township, which was named the Best Township in Asia by the Asia Property Awards.

By the fourth quarter of 2024, CLI will begin turning over Casa Mira Towers LPU Davao units, as well as those from One Paragon Place, the residential component of the mixed-use The Paragon Davao. The Citadines Paragon Davao, which has 263 rooms, will also be open to the public in early 2026.

CLI has 94 residential projects spread across 17 important cities in VisMin, and it has delivered over 16,000 dwelling units to various markets in the region. Davao City has approximately 4,600 units.
