 Sun Life Financial Inc. (TSX: SLF) (NYSE: SLF) (the “Company”) announced today that it intends to issue in Canada $750 million principal amount of Series 2026-1 Subordinated Unsecured 4.21% Fixed/Floating Debentures due 2038 (the “Debentures”). The offering is expected to close on June 19, 2026. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include investments in subsidiaries, repayment of indebtedness and other strategic investments.

 The Republic of the Philippines (the "Republic") announced the launch of a triple-tranche offering of US Dollar-denominated SEC-registered Fixed Rate Securities (the “Global Bonds”) consisting of 5.5-, 10-, and 25-year tranches. The 25-year offering will be a tap of the existing 5.750% 2051 USD Bonds issued in January 2026.
 Ayala Land, Inc. (“ALI”) sold an aggregate of 75,000,000 common shares (“Offer Shares”) of AREIT, Inc. (“AREIT”) at a transaction price of P35.60 per share, equivalent to P2,670,000,000 (exclusive of fees and taxes) pursuant to a placement agreement (the “Placement Agreement”) with UBS AG Singapore Branch and BPI Capital Corporation.
 The Maharlika Investment Corporation (MIC) has remitted a total of P1.376 billion in cash dividends to the National Government through the Bureau of the Treasury, representing seventy-five percent (75%) of its fiscal year 2025 net earnings.
