BSP Opens One-Stop Shop for Public Services

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) inaugurated the “BSP Hub” on 05 June 2025, making it more convenient for Filipinos to avail of BSP services.

​Located at the BSP head office along the service road of Roxas Boulevard in Manila, the facility was opened to the public last 09 June 2025. 
The hub is a one-stop shop where people can talk to BSP personnel regarding concerns on products and services of financial institutions under the BSP’s authority; purchase official BSP merchandise, commemorative notes and coins, and special BSP publications; or engage in various transactions involving BSP-acquired real properties, among other services.*    
 
The facility also houses the Museo BSP, which showcases the country’s numismatic heritage; the BSP library; meeting rooms; and an auditorium for financial and economic learning and public events. 

According to BSP Governor Eli M. Remolona, Jr., “the BSP Hub is more than just another building. It is the space where the BSP connects with the people.” 

Monetary Board Member Benjamin E. Diokno, who spearheaded the BSP Hub initiative during his term as BSP Governor from 2019 to 2022, added, “We envisioned a new purpose for this space: a one-stop shop with a simple mission to ‘bring the BSP to all.’ Today, almost five years later, it is both a relief and a joy to see this vision come to life.” 

Recognizing the limitations imposed by the pandemic in 2020, MBM Diokno identified the need for a space that prioritizes security and safety measures to facilitate the BSP’s transactions with the public. 

The BSP Hub inauguration was also attended by Monetary Board Members Romeo L. Bernardo, Rosalia V. De Leon, Walter C. Wassmer, and Jose L. Querubin, BSP Deputy Governors Chuchi G. Fonacier, Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, Elmore O. Capule, Zeno Ronald R. Abenoja, and other BSP officials. ​

*The external transactions of the BSP Store, Asset Management Department, Greater Manila Regional Office, Payments and Settlements Department, FSS Operations Support Department, Administrative Services Department, and Consumer Protection and Market Conduct Office with the public have been transferred to the BSP Hub.
