 Bloomberry Resorts & Hotels Inc. (BRHI), a subsidiary Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) has sold two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) shares of BLOOM through the Stock Market at market price. These shares shall be given as a reward to Solaire’s loyal patrons and as part of Solaire’s marketing program.  Previously incorporated in 2008 as Bloombury Investments Holdings, Inc., BRHI's primary purpose is to developing and operating tourist facilities, including casino-entertainment complexes with casino, hotel, retail and amusement areas and themed development components. As of May 7, 2015, BRHI holds a regular casino gaming license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
