Bloomberry Resorts Corporation's Subsidiary Purchases its Own Stock to Gift Solaire's Loyal Patrons8/20/2024  The board of directors of Bloomberry Resorts & Hotels Inc. (BRHI) in a board resolution dated August 19, 2024 authorized BRHI to purchase one million nine hundred forty thousand (1,940,000) shares of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) through the Stock Market at market price. These shares shall be given as a reward to Solaire's loyal patrons and as part of Solaire's marketing program. Pursuant to the foregoing board resolution, BRHI acquired BLOOM shares as disclosed below.  Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) is a leader in developing world-class destinations, comprising luxurious accommodations, premier gaming facilities, and exceptional dining. Its portfolio includes Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Solaire Resort North in Quezon City, and Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino (Jeju City) in Korea.
Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. (BRHI), owns and operates Solaire Resort Entertainment City which is the first premium/luxury hotel and gaming resort in Entertainment City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
