Ayala Land and the City Goverment of Santa Rosa Partner for a Civic Complex

​Ayala Land's Nuvali Estate and the City Government of Santa Rosa have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to build a new 2-hectare Santa Rosa Civic Complex at Nuvali. This partnership strengthens Nuvali's position as CALABARZON's regional Central Business District (CBD), accelerating economic growth in the South.

​The Santa Rosa Civic Complex is planned to include a convention center, a City One-Stop Shop, sports facilities, and a command center, enabling improved access to critical public services and encouraging a well-integrated city environment.

The Santa Rosa Civic Complex reinforces its position as a comprehensive and future-ready economic hub, combining government, commerce, and lifestyle in a single dynamic site.
