Ayala Corporation warns the public against fraudulent social media posts using the name and likeness of its Chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala for supposed endorsements of investment opportunities. These posts are deepfakes. Ayala Corporation is not in any way associated with individuals or firms behind posts that invite the public to participate in an investment scheme.
The Company urge the public to be discerning and do not engage with these posts. Instead, report pages with such misleading content for violation of social media community guidelines. Ayala Corporation connects with the public only through its official website and social media pages: the Ayala Corporation Facebook page, WeAreAyala on Instagram, and the Ayala page on LinkedIn.
