​Avida Land, Ayala Land's mid-income residential brand, has officially commenced construction on Tower 1 of Sentria Storeys Vermosa, a 15-story building that marks a key milestone in its expansion into Cavite's growing real estate market. 

The mid-rise condominium, scheduled for completion in August 2028, is well-positioned to meet the expanding demand and changing homeowner preferences for suburban living.
