Description of the assets involved:
Both located in Barangay Loyola Heights, Quezon City, Metro Manila. Parties agreed on the purchase price at a mutually acceptable consideration with due regard to present market values. Sotern will be using its internal corporate funds to acquire the Subject Properties.
