AREIT, Inc. Sold 3 Office Condominium Units at Ayala-Life FGU Center Alabang

AREIT, Inc., the Ayala Group arm and first Philippine REIT, sold 3 office condominium units at Ayala-Life FGU Center Alabang with an aggregate gross floor area of 339 square meters, with net proceeds amounting to P42,688,575.00 (net of fees and taxes) duly received on 6 September 2024.

The proceeds received from the sale of the 3 office condominium units will be used in the acquisition of Seda Lio.

AREIT Inc. (AREIT) was incorporated as a real estate company on September 4, 2006. It was initially known as One Dela Rosa Property Development, Inc. before changing to its current name on April 12, 2019.

AREIT is the first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in the Philippines, formed primarily to own and invest in an income-generating commercial portfolio of office, retail, hotel, and industrial land properties in the country that meets its investment criteria. As of November 30, 2023, 33.76% of the Company is publicly traded, with the balance owned by Ayala Land Inc. and its subsidiaries.
