AllHome Corp. Reported P12.06 Billion in Net Revenues, P797 Million in NIAT for FY2023

One-stop full-line home center in the Philippines, AllHome, reported P12.06 billion in net revenue for the fiscal year 2023. The home retail chain also showed improvements in gross profit margins, with 38% in 2023 compared to 36.8% in 2022—a 120 basis point increase. The net profit for AllHome's FY 2023 is P797 million.

Benjamarie Therese Serrano, President and Chief Executive Officer of AllHome, highlights the company's ongoing use of operational efficiency as a means of improving performance.

“Though current consumer spending has been diverted from home retail to less essential expenses like fashion, health and beauty, entertainment, and travel, AllHome remains committed in delivering value to our stakeholders. We have steadily increased our margins, both in gross and net terms, ending 2023 with a gross margin of 38%. We also continue to seek out operational efficiencies, especially as we face unusually high inflation and increased utilities costs.”

Serrano is still optimistic about AllHome's future. According to Euromonitor's 2023 study, the Philippines' domestic retail sector is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.2% for the period of 2024 to 2028.
