 Image Courtesy: Cleantech In a PSE disclosure dated 8 October 2025, ACEN Corporation announced that the company subscribed to Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety (419,690) Redeemable Preferred Shares C of Natures Renewable Dev't Corporation (NAREDCO) at a subscription price of Four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos and 16/100 (P4,527.16) per share. ACEN's infusion of cash to NAREDCO will enable NAREDCO, its subsidiary, to have funds to service its loans and operating expenses.
The terms and conditions of the transaction: Number of shares to be acquired or disposed: 419,690 Percentage to the total outstanding shares of the company subject of the transaction: 22% Price per share: P4,527.16 NAREDCO is a joint venture between ACEN (60%) and Cleantech Renewable Energy 4 Corp. (40%) engaged in the development and operation of 133.464 MWp Cagayan Solar Power Plant, which commenced commercial operations in October 2024. |
