Aboitiz Group Driving Progress in Central Luzon
Advancing inclusive growth in Central Luzon, the Aboitiz Group is aligning its businesses to uplift lives, expand opportunities, and reinforce the region’s role as a hub of resilience and competitiveness.
Central Luzon is fast becoming a vital center of growth for the Philippines, and the Aboitiz Group is committed to helping unlock its full potential. By combining the strengths of Aboitiz Foods, Aboitiz Land, Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, and Aboitiz Construction, the Group is investing in food systems, housing, industrial estates, and infrastructure that uplift lives, generate livelihoods, and reinforce the region’s role as a key driver of national progress.
Nourishing Communities, Sustaining Generations

Aboitiz Foods operates across flour, feeds, farms, and meat through trusted brands such as Pilmico and Gold Coin. With products ranging from Pilmico Flour and Feeds to The Good Meat and Maxime pet food, its diverse portfolio provides a steady supply of essential products to households, retailers, and enterprises, creating a reliable backbone for Central Luzon’s food and agribusiness value chain.

Within Central Luzon, Aboitiz Foods strengthens its position as a major force in the country’s food value chain through Tarlac Meatmasters’ recent milestone — becoming the first multi-meat facility in the Philippines to earn a Triple A accreditation from the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS). Located in Bamban, this state-of-the-art facility now holds the highest AAA rating across its slaughterhouse, meat-cutting plant, and cold storage warehouse, cementing its leadership in food safety, quality, and innovation. Beyond elevating the group’s capacity to deliver safe, high-quality meat products at scale, the facility also supports the company’s integrated farm-to-fork model, directly linking with local hog producers, expanding market access for farmers, and ensuring a reliable, consistent supply for supermarkets, retailers, and food service operators.

This milestone fully aligns with Aboitiz Foods’ strategy of adding value from mill to meal. By integrating upstream production with downstream distribution, Aboitiz Foods drives growth across Central Luzon’s food systems, strengthens both rural and urban economies, and underscores the region’s critical role in national food security. Through this connected value chain, Aboitiz Foods ensures that the benefits of agribusiness growth are shared by farmers, producers, retailers, consumers, and communities alike.

Communities Designed for Life and Livelihood

Aboitiz Land provides residential housing solutions in Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and Tarlac through its Ajoya communities. These master-planned residential developments are designed to elevate the living experience through well-amenitized communities featuring town plazas, greenbelts and pocket parks, providing access to Central Luzon’s key infrastructure and expressways, and proximity to the region’s hot beds for progress such as New Clark City and Aboitiz Group’s own TARI Estate.

Ajoya Pampanga, located in the municipality of Mexico, is progressing with shophouses that appeal to homebuyers and business oriented investors alike. Shophouses provide flexibility, with the lower floors providing opportunities for businesses that will serve the community such as a bakery, coffee shop or a pharmacy, while the upper floors may be used as a residence. These shophouses make up the town plaza that will not just serve the residents of Ajoya Pampanga, but the surrounding communities as well.

Ajoya Cabanatuan continues to expand in Nueva Ecija, benefitting from ongoing infrastructure projects in Central Luzon like the Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX). Awarded the Best Housing Development in Luzon in 2023, this residential development has become one of the most sought-after residential communities in Cabanatuan. Residential lots ranging from from 120 sqm to 200 sqm make great investments for people who plan to take root in the gateway to the North.

Meanwhile, Ajoya Capas in Tarlac is shaping into a vibrant residential community with a significant number of ongoing handovers. Located along MacArthur Highway, Ajoya Capas is prime real estate especially for shophouses as its own town plaza is bound to be a staple stopover for motorists, as well as the lively neighborhood of Ajoya Capas. It currently hosts a dental clinic and a coffee shop, and will welcome other businesses bound to open soon. For those who intend to start a life in a new community, residential lots are available at 102 to 164 sqm.

Being close to TARI Estate, Ajoya Capas is now a development poised to be the center of economy and innovation in Tarlac.
By developing sustainable residential communities that align with regional growth centers, Aboitiz Land is helping meet Central Luzon’s housing demand while supporting the mobility and productivity of the region’s  growing population. As of July 2025, Ajoya Cabanatuan already contains 217 homes turned over to families, with Ajoya Capas at 313, and 222 from Ajoya Pampanga.

Transforming Central Luzon into a World-Class Investment Destination

As Asia’s leading developer and operator of smart and sustainable industrial-anchored estates, Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates is strengthening its presence in Central Luzon through TARI Estate in Tarlac City—a 384-hectare, PEZA-registered development set to redefine the region’s industrial and business landscape. Strategically located at the crossroads of Subic, Clark, and Metro Manila, the estate offers unmatched connectivity that positions Central Luzon as a vital hub in the country’s production and logistics network.
Investor confidence has been strong, with nearly 75% of TARI’s initial industrial phase already taken up. Among its anchor locators are two of the world’s most respected brands--Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, developing one of its biggest global manufacturing sites envisioned to be its largest in the country, and Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation, investing in a new multi-billion peso food manufacturing facility. These commitments underscore TARI’s competitiveness as the next frontier of industrial growth north of Metro Manila.

Once fully developed, TARI Estate is projected to generate over 60,000 jobs, cementing its role as both an industrial hub and a catalyst for inclusive growth in the region. More than land, TARI offers a fully integrated ecosystem supported by the Aboitiz Group—spanning reliable power and water, construction, digital infrastructure, and financial services. This enables companies to scale with confidence from day one while strengthening supply chains and attracting new investment across Central Luzon.

Equipped with world-class infrastructure, reliable utilities, and sustainability features, TARI Estate provides a future-ready platform not only for industry, but also for long-term community development. Its growth will drive demand for housing, retail, education, and essential services—creating a multiplier effect that will uplift not only Tarlac, but the broader Central Luzon economy.

Delivering Safety and Quality—Engineered for Excellence

Aboitiz Construction, the construction arm of the Aboitiz Group, has five decades of nationwide experience in heavy and light industries, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance. The company builds projects that prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency—to help industries prosper and communities thrive.

In Tarlac, Aboitiz Construction is spearheading the land development of TARI Estate, transforming it into a premier industrial hub. Through site development and infrastructure works, the project aims to attract major investments, generate thousands of jobs, and enhance the region’s industrial capacity in the future—positioning Tarlac as a key player in the national economy. Beyond construction, the company collaborates with the Aboitiz Foundation and local institutions to expand educational opportunities, provide sustainable energy solutions, and empower local talents to engage with emerging industries.

By integrating cutting-edge technologies such as machine-controlled equipment, Aboitiz Construction ensures precision, reduces material waste, and accelerates project delivery—helping businesses scale, communities prosper, and the Philippines’ industrial and commercial landscape advance with confidence.

Central Luzon at the Forefront of National Growth

By combining its strengths across food, housing, industry, and infrastructure, the Aboitiz Group is shaping Central Luzon into a more resilient and competitive region. Through its ecosystem of solutions, the Group is creating jobs, strengthening value chains, and improving quality of life while reinforcing the region’s role as a key driver of the Philippine economy. These efforts reflect the Aboitiz Group’s Great Transformation—anchored on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration—and take shape in secure food systems, well-planned communities, future-ready estates, and world-class infrastructure. With this commitment, the Group envisions Central Luzon as a region of resilience and prosperity, advancing growth for generations to come.

Central to this vision is building developments that directly benefit local communities. By hiring locally, partnering with educational institutions, and the development of a targeted skills training programme, the Group creates opportunities that develop talent and strengthen the workforce. Each job generates economic activity that supports households, builds expertise, and creates multiplier effects within the region.

Rooted in the Great Transformation, the Group drives long-term investments that create sustainable employment and advance regional development through integrated business ecosystems. As these enterprises succeed, surrounding communities gain economic benefits, demonstrating how business growth and community development reinforce each other to create lasting economic transformation across Central Luzon.
